  • Info Products: courses, guides, and training materials related to AI lighting and ambient environments.
  • Goods: physical ambient lighting devices sold via LumiBota.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by LumiBota. We may refuse orders at our discretion. You will receive confirmation via email.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on lumibota.info. Payments may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

5. Refund Policy

LumiBota is committed to customer satisfaction. Refund provisions vary by offering:

5.1 Services

  • Standard services may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you may request a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Custom design and bespoke consultation sessions are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of work. This policy ensures fairness and preserves our resource scheduling.

5.2 Info Products

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the content, a full refund will be issued to your payment method within 14 days.
  • No refund is available once content access has begun, as digital delivery is immediate and irreversible.

5.3 Goods

  • Physical devices may be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery in original condition. You must contact us via contact form to initiate the process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the goods, a refund will be issued to the payment method used at purchase within 14 days.

6. Rescheduling

For service appointments, please contact us at least 48 hours before to request a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not incur extra charges when timely requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

LumiBota's liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount paid for the relevant service, product, or info product. We are not liable for indirect or special damages.
